About Delivery

Our delivery charges are currently based on the distance of your address from our factory in Saxilby, Lincoln.  As a new and small business, we do not have the large lorries like our competitors that allows them to offer lower delivery costs. (We are working on ways to lower these costs).

However, what we do offer is:

• A more personalised service; the delivery team consists of at least one of our owners, who is a knowledgeable animal person.
• A delivery date and time that is agreed with yourself to ensure it is convenient for you.
• A delivery team that will help unload the products and take them to a place of your choosing and we do not charge extra if the unload time is lengthy.
• Either wrapped or unwrapped pallets to cater for those both with and without forklift capability.
• A confirmed ETA when we leave our factory on the date of delivery.
• Flexibility – if you have an emergency or need to change your delivery date or time, if we have been contacted prior to setting off to your location, we are happy to rearrange your delivery to make the delivery as stress-free as possible.
